How Should We Review the Documents?

First, you will want to reduce the available data to only that which might be relevant.  This is where we shine.  We cull the data to set aside duplicates and other files, which based on their type, size, origin, date or function, are determined to be irrelevant to your case.  This reduces the overall size of the data to be reviewed and makes your job less onerous.  We will then work with you to narrow the field once again to ensure that your review is efficient, while ensuring that nothing is missed.  With your guidance and list of search terms, phrases or names, our experts will locate all the potentially relevant documents.  Your data is saved on our servers indefinitely so that this review process can be revisited whenever you determine that there are additional terms, phrases, or names that have been revealed to be relevant.

Second, you will want to select a software platform that best serves your needs.  How much data are you reviewing?  How many people will be doing the review process?  Is this software case specific or is it something you want to invest in for future cases?  Our team can guide you to the best software platform for your needs.  We can also customize whatever program you invest in so that it performs to your specifications and we can be there to help you learn to maximize your investment with onsite training as needed.

Finally, we will provide you with a database of all potentially relevant data.  The data can be hosted in its native format or converted to TIFF in order to speed the review process.  Your database can be hosted on our web-based repository or delivered to you on an external hard drive, on a DVD, CD or by FTP, depending on your needs and the size of the database. Our web-based hosting servicesprovide a secure environment with global access to data for reviewing, searching, and printing your documents.
